therefore not be made.

therefore seek to conduct business ethically and in compliance with all

creating an open and honest culture can we make full use of valuable team
members and other supporting stakeholders. An open and honest culture is also
essential to performing our tasks safely, since everyone can feel empowered to
speak up when they have concerns. We will always comply with applicable
legislation regarding employment and contracting staff.

conform to the UN Convention on Human Rights as well as the core conventions of
the International Labour Organization. These include, among others,
prohibitions against forced labour and child labour as well as any form of
illegal and unfair discrimination and recent Dhaka Principles.

necessary or ancillary to the satisfactory conduct of this business.
To do all such other things
as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objects or any of
them or which may be conveniently carried on and in connection therewith or
which may be calculated directly or indirectly to enhance the value or render
profitable any business or property of the Company.
To
